Activities:
The key task of the project will be to focus on adapting the vocational education system to the needs of employers in the field of energy and resource management. The starting point will be determining competence needs and, on this basis, the systematic identification of competence gaps in the field of energy and resource management. In parallel, support will be provided to all vocational schools/practical training institutions in updating their educational offer.
The project objective will be implemented through 9 complementary measures:
- The study of the competence needs of BFA companies: the identification of the competence needs of 200 companies in the area related to energy and resource management;
- Eco-competence counselling: the preparation of a counselling system in the field of energy and resource management, counselling for students;
- Eco-training for vocational school students including the implementation of courses, the organisation of eco-training activities, research and implementation projects;
- Ecointernships and apprenticeships
- Eco-competence certification: the creation of a system for validating and certifying new vocational skills and competencies at the vocational task level,
- Eco-education resources: the support for vocational schools in updating their educational offer through educational innovations in their curricula, taking into account energy and resource management aspects;
- Ecocompetence of teachers, including training, internships, study visits for teachers;
- Cooperation with universities, including the organisation of industry seminars and teaching classes for vocational school students at universities,
