The Association of BFA with other beneficiaries of projects implemented under the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine Cross-Border Cooperation Programme, participated in the "Let's get to know each other in Zamość" event. On 23 July, the market in Zamość was divided into several zones, and surprises were waiting in each of them. The stands referred to the effects of the implemented projects. Visitors could take part in workshops - making their wax candle, learning first aid or taking part in a mini bike rally. In the relaxation zone, visitors could take a virtual tour of the Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains and visit wooden architecture sites in Poland and Ukraine. These were not the only attractions. There were plenty of them.
"Pearls of BFA" is the tourist product of the project entitled We open border together. The picnic was an opportunity to promote this newly created trail, as well as to promote the entire Bialystok Functional Area.
The creative context of the Association of BFA meeting in Zamość was the Baroque BFA, and participants and visitors were tasked with creating costumes (in Baroque style, of course) of Jan Klemens and Izabela Branicka with their own hands and collectively. There was also putting together a jigsaw puzzle with images of the tourist attractions of the individual municipalities - the pearls of BFA, and much more. It went off splendidly!
